Spend $40 and draw a ticket from our lucky dip box. Whatever that ticket has on it, you’ve won! Prize must be redeemed at the time of purchase. Ticket does not constitute a voucher for future redemption. One prize draw per transaction. Excludes the purchase of tobacco and tobacco products. Promotion valid from Monday 12^th August 2019 while prize stocks last or until 12^th October 2019. Valid at Takanini Night ‘n Day @ Gull only.

Full terms and conditions:

1. The promotion is the “Takanini Night ‘n Day @ Gull Lucky Dip”, known as ‘the promotion’.
2. The promotion is being run by Night ‘n Day Foodstores Limited for Takanini Night ‘n Day @ Gull.
3. The promotion is valid only at Takanini Night ‘n Day @ Gull, located at 330 Great South Road, Manurewa, Auckland 2105.
4. The promotional period commences at 09:00am Monday 12^th August, 2019, and will run until prize tickets have all been drawn from the lucky dip box, or Saturday 12^th October 2019, whichever is earlier.
5. Every purchase totalling over $40 (excluding tobacco and tobacco products) will qualify for an entry and participation in the lucky dip. Purchases may not be split into multiple payments to receive multiple entries.
6. Managers and staff of Takanini Night ‘n Day @ Gull have absolute discretion.
7. Should an entrant seek to exploit the promotion in any way, they will be deemed ineligible, regardless of purchase.
8. The total prize pool consists of:
9. 144 x Mini Mousse
10. 144 x single piece of Helova Fudge
11. 192 x Mini Jelly
12. 192 x single scoop ice cream
13. 96 x sandwich, half wrap, regular hot drink, milkshake, muffin, regular sundae
14. When a purchase of $40 or more is verified by staff in store, a box will be presented to the customer. The customer must draw only one ticket from the lucky dip box. This ticket will indicate which prize the customer has won, to be redeemed immediately.
15. Draws of multiple tickets (accidental or otherwise) will result in all tickets being placed back in the box and a redraw.
16. The ticket does not constitute a voucher for future redemption. Items must be claimed immediately, subject to availability.
17. Should an item drawn not be readily available for any reason, a redraw shall be made.
18. Redraws are at the discretion of staff in store.
19. Prizes cannot be redeemed for their monetary value.
20. The drawn ticket must be surrendered to staff at the time of the draw, along with a given name to write on the back of the ticket. No other personal details are required.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law neither Night ‘n Day nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any associated prize.
22. If Night ‘n Day is prohibited by law from awarding a prize to any winner, either party will be entitled to declare that entry void.
23. The Takanini Lucky Dip promotion is open to personal customers of Takanini Night ‘n Day @ Gull only.
24. Staff and employees of Night ‘n Day Foodstores Limited,Gull New Zealand Limited, Terminals (N.Z.) Limited their subsidiaries, franchisees, data processing agents, advertising agents and suppliers (all the foregoing to be collectively referred to as "Gull and Night ‘n Day Associates") and the families of Gull and Night ‘n Day Associates, are ineligible for entry into the main prize draw and are exempt from claiming instant prizes.
25. Neither Gull nor Night ‘n Day are responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure, nor for fraud.
26. The information contained in the entry form and product vouchers also forms part of the terms and conditions.
27. Night ‘n Day is not responsible for any lost, invalid, late, stolen, damaged, unauthorized, copied or illegible vouchers.
28. Night ‘n Day’s decision as to all aspects of this promotion and the conduct of the prize draw shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
29. All entry forms and winning tickets remain the joint property of Night ‘n Day Foodstores Limited and Gull New Zealand Limited.
30. Any personal information provided will be kept by Night ’n Day and Gull for the purposes of this promotion, held securely and destroyed at the conclusion of this promotion. Personal information will not be disclosed except when required by law. The Privacy Act entitles you the right to access and correct your personal information held by Night ’n Day and Gull.
31. In these terms and conditions Night ‘n Day means Night ‘n Day Foodstores Limited and its subsidiaries Gull means Gull New Zealand Limited and its subsidiaries.
32. Participation in the Lucky Dip Promotion is considered explicit acceptance of this set of terms and conditions.
