Terms and Conditions.
1. Submitting a prize claim is deemed to be full acceptance of these terms & conditions.
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am on 1st of December 2017 and closes when every stores no longer has the product in stock to give away (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the promotion, purchase any 2 FRESH! For You products including; Salads, Sandwiches, wraps, meals, muffins, sushi, Desserts, Slices, Breads, Biscuits in a single transaction (“Qualifying Product”) from a participating Night n Day store (“Participating Stores”) during the Promotional Period and receive your free 500mL NZ Natural Still Water (while stocks last).
5. You may claim as many prizes as you like provided that each claim is through a separate purchase of Qualifying Product. Prize claims will be honoured for as long as stocks last.
6. You must claim your 500mL NZ Natural Still Water at the time of purchase (while stocks last). If the 500mL NZ Natural Still Water is not redeemed at the time of purchase, then you will no longer be eligible to receive it.
7. The 500mL NZ Natural Still Water is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
8. The prize recipient will be the person who makes payment for the Qualifying Product in the Participating Store.
9. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for late, illegible, corrupted, incomplete or misdirected prize claims.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of this promotion (including any prize or term) at any time in its sole discretion.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disallow prize claims in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of prize claims and disqualify any prize claim or refuse to honour a prize claim where false or misleading details have been given by a claimant or a claimant has behaved in a fraudulent, dishonest or disruptive manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
14. Acceptance of a prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the claimant’s details for promotional and media purposes without compensation, and any copyright will vest in the Promoter.
15. The Promoter, its employees and agents will not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred or suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with the use of any prize offered, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
