Terms and Conditions:
The company is Night ‘n Day, 268 Stuart Street, Dunedin. The Partner is The Highlanders Super Rugby Team.

The competition is set to run until 10th July 2017.

This competition is for teams aged 5 to 11 years to win the chance to become a Night ‘n Day Super Team. A total of 8 teams will win this prize and will receive the following for 8 different Highlanders home games at Forsyth Barr Stadium:

• Meet the Highlanders team members before one game at Forsyth Barr Stadium. Photographs and autographs permitted.
• 20 tickets to the game.
• 20 Night ‘n Day / Highlanders t – shirts
• 20 Night ‘n Day sports bags complete with various food and beverage products from Night ‘n Day suppliers plus up to 20 Night ‘n Day vouchers.
• A shout out by the games MC at Forsyth Barr Stadium and shown in the big tv screen to the crowd congratulating them on becoming a Night ‘n Day Super Team.

Each of the 8 winning teams will go to one of the following games each at Forsyth Barr Stadium:

• Highlander v Chiefs – Friday 24th February 7.35pm
• Highlanders v Crusaders – Saturday 4th March 7.35pm
• Highlanders v Blues - Saturday 8th April 7.35pm
• Highlanders v Rebels – Friday 31st March 7.35pm
• Highlanders v Sunwolves - Saturday 22nd April 5.15pm
• Highlanders v Stormers - Friday 28th April 7.35pm
• Highlanders v Waratahs – Saturday 27th May 7.35pm
• Highlanders v Reds – Friday 14th July 7.35pm

In some occasions upon store managers discretion. If the teams cannot afford travel costs to Dunedin the stores may assist with funding this. Only teams outside of Dunedin may or may not be eligible for this assistance.

Eligible entrants must be either parents/guardians, coaches or 18years of age or above. The teams being submitted must be ages 5 to 11yrs old.

Submitted teams can be from any kids sport.

If no contact can be made between Night ‘n Day and the winner within 48hours another winner will be randomly drawn and contacted.

If a winning team cannot make the planned game. It is up to the teams representative to contact Night ‘n Day and inform them of this 5 days prior. Another team will then be drawn and contacted to take their place.

Limit of one entry per person. Teams may have more than one entrant.

Teams must be within the Otago or Southland region in order to be eligible.

The promotion is open to all public during the promotional period.

Night ‘n Day has the right to extend the promotion period if required.

Night ‘n Day will not be held responsible for the promotion not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the company.

Night ‘n Day reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of specifications of the promotion at any time without notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of Night ‘n Day, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of Night ‘n Day. Night ‘n Day accepts no responsibility for such an event.

Employees of the Promoters, Night ‘n Day and The Highlanders, their advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter this promotion.
