History

Denise & Andrew Lane, the directors of the company, have been successfully retailing in the trade since 1978.  In 1990, Night ‘n Day Foodstore Ltd. was established in order to begin converting existing foodstores and to offer a franchise system.  They had five company owned outlets successfully converted to the common image.  The Night ‘n Day Foodstore chain began with outlets open on a 24hr basis, 7 days a week, in Christchurch, Dunedin & Invercargill and from 7am to 11pm in Timaru & Nelson.  The outlets are now located throughout the South Island.

The Night ‘n Day Foodstore franchise offers better group buying, increased profitability, uniformed image, full staff training, assistance in updating shop layouts and designs, bi-monthly profit reports, assistance with staff rosters, group advertising, full accounting facilities and a full consultation service.  Denise & Andrew are fully committed to the Night ‘n Day Foodstores franchise.
